Job Description

The e-business or online sales expert is responsible for implementation and coordination of the Lufthansa group online strategy in Iran. In addition, he/ she is responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating and monitoring all e-business related activities. Targets will be developed in close collaboration with the regional headquarter and the local sales and marketing organization. He/ she is responsible for the enforcement of measures to increase revenue and market share in online sales channels.

Requirements

We seek a highly motivated professional with very strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as an excellent knowledge of e-business or marketing tools and strategies. Further knowledge of the airline market and economy is of advantage. The successful candidate must have a pro active, systematic and target oriented work approach and a strong ability to think and act strategically as well as creative and innovative. A confident manner and very good communication and negotiation skills in English are a pre requisite. In addition, excellent computer skills (MS Office, specially Excel and PowerPoint), a strong ability to learn new IT tools are required. Programming skills will be an advantage. Travel within the region and to Europe required to attend meetings and workshops.
