•Main Objective: Performing general office clerk duties and errands based on manager`s orders
-Handling incoming phone calls and other communications like emails, faxes
-Greeting clients and visitors
-Updating paperwork and other documents, typing, filing, keeping records and prepare documents, process email
-Performing other general office clerk duties and errands 6) support other staff.
-Reporting to: project manager
-University Qualifications: Computer science, Computer Engineering, Management, IT
-Previous office assistant experience
-Other certifications obtained: search skills, MS office, usual computer applications, web internet, and office equipment
-Ability to Work under Pressure, Time Management, adaptability, leadership ability, good negotiation skills, team work, excellent communication skills, excellent search skills, good knowledge of English language is a MUST
