Job Description

Our firm is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator. This position will play an integral role in the commercial service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor. - Planning the Commercial Department activities and meetings - Preparing the reports required by the Manager - Arranging, Managing and organizing the Commercial Department daily, weekly and monthly schedule - Organize & Coordinate internal and external meetings, issues - Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the result immediately - Providing general administrative support to the Managers - Doing Correspondences - Handling Office Expenditure - Clerical Support to the Managers - Preparing, typing and archiving letters, documents... - Interacting with Company Customers, - Prepare monthly Performance and reports to the Managers - Dealing with incoming email, Tel and Post - Performs other duties as assigned. - Planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding, negotiating, contract modification, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transporting follow-ups...

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelors Degree. - At least 5 years experiences. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadline. - Self-motivated and ability to work independently & in a team environment - Advanced in computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office) - Basic understanding of legal and commercial laws - Ideal Age Range: 25 to 40 years - Residence: Tehran.
