Job Description

The NOC Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling the day to day activities of all NOC technicians. They will work closely with various other internal departments and must have the ability to lead and work successfully within a team environment. -Supervise a team of 20 technicians to ensure the best network availability possible. -Be the main point of escalation within the NOC and primary flow of information to upper-management. -Maintain and organize a rotating schedule, as well as planned time off for all NOC personnel. -Use independent judgment to direct employees and to make decisions and/or effective recommendations regarding employee assignments, directions, transfers, discipline, rewards, and promotions. -Report overall group performance and group obstacles weekly to Manager. -Supervise all NOC technicians and help troubleshoot network issues.
