Job Description

Job description: ● Monitor network devices, Services, radio links, and act accordingly. ● Support dedicated bandwidth customers and report their problems in the ticketing system. ● Perform reporting tasks (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).

Requirements

Requirements: ● Fluent in CCNA concepts. ● Fluent in CCNP Route, Zabbix, Cacti, PRTJ concepts. ● Familiar with CCNP Switch concepts. ● Fluent in MTCNA, MTCRE concepts. ● Familiar with Radio UBNT, MT, Mikrotik. ● Two or more years experience in network field. ● Highly organized. ● Excellent customer service. ● Familiar with Network Principles (TCP/IP). ● Familiar with ITIL concepts. ● Familiar with Microsoft Office. ● Able to work under stress and pressure. ● Patient and positive. ● Self-motivated, proactive, innovative and hard-working. ● Military service must be completed for male applicants.
