We are looking for a Network Security Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of securing and managing our enterprise network infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work with international clients, diverse technologies, and global-scale projects, making it an exciting and impactful position for experienced security leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of Fortinet security solutions (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager).
- Design, implement, and support enterprise routing (BGP, OSPF) and secure VPN connectivity (ADVPN, site-to-site, remote access).
- Administer Cisco ISE and 802.1X frameworks for identity-based access control.
- Oversee incident response, monitoring, and compliance with security frameworks.
- Mentor and guide a team of security engineers, while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.

Qualifications:

- Proven hands-on experience with Fortinet platforms.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and VPNs.
- Proficiency with Cisco ISE / NAC solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years in network security engineering, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Preferred certifications: Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, CISSP, CEH.

- Location: District 1, Tehran
- Days: Sunday-Thursday
- Hours: 8:30-17:00
