●Installation, configuration and technical support of following products in large enterprise networks:
● Symantec Endpoint Protection (Antivirus).
● Symantec Backup Solutions
● Microsoft Services.
● Implement network monitoring.
● Incident review.
● Analyze detail and troubleshooting.
● Monitor and report events and logs by using monitoring tools.
● Communicate with other technical and management teams via ticketing system, email, phone call.
