Job Description
- Installation, configuration and technical support of security products in medium to large enterprise networks. - Security software products are mainly anti-virus software and firewall appliance. Brands include McAfee, Bitdefender and Sophos. - Technical support involves visit to customer site across country, remote access, telephone and email. - Working in a team of 30+ engineers and reporting directly to Support Manager. - Working hours 08:00 - 16:00, Sat - Wed. Flexibility is highly expected.
Requirements
- BSc Engineering degree in IT related subjects - Excellent knowledge of network software and hardware - Interested in IT Security field - At least 2 years of experience as a Network Support Engineer or Admin - Experience in supporting network security products (enterprise scale) would be an advantage - Having Microsoft and Cisco certificates would be an advantage - Having certificates in IT Security courses would be an advantage - Patient with good communication skills - Ready for flexible and extra hours
