Job Description

Install and configure computer networks and systems.
Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate networks and in-house servers.
Identify and resolve any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
Consult with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions.
Budget for equipment and assembly costs.
Maintain existing software and hardware and upgrade any that have become obsolete.
Work with IT service desk personnel.
Provide network administration and support.
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications.
Keep an eye out for needed updates.
Support and administer third-party applications.
Ensure network security and connectivity.
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Resolve problems reported by end users (in case of need).
Define network policies and procedures.
Specify system requirements and design solutions.
Research and make recommendations on server system administration.

Requirements

Proficiency in client and server-side Windows environment management and Domain Group Policy Administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Services Management Including ADDS, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS, WDS, CA, FTP, IIS, Print Server, etc.
Proficiency in the Administration of Public Domains and Public DNS Servers.
Proficiency in SAN Storage and Storage Network Administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Administration.
Proficiency in Mail Gateway Administration.
Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Environment Administration.
Proficiency in Switching and routing CCNP Level.
Proficiency in Firewall and security Devices Administration.
Proficiency in Antivirus and Security Software Administration.
Proficiency in Backup Solutions Administration.
Proficiency in Wireless Network Administration.
Proficiency in HPE Servers Hardware Maintenance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Skype for Business Service Administration.
Proficiency in Linux Servers Administration LPIC1 Level.
Proficiency in NVR and CCTV Administration.
Proficiency in Monitoring Solutions Administration (PRTG, Solar Winds, Zabbix, etc.).
Proficiency in Service Desk Management Platforms (ManageEngine, Jira, etc.).
