This position is responsible for desktop support for all users including troubleshooting and resolving issues with PC and, laptops •Main Responsibilities: -The position ensures the Infrastructure systems are robust and minimal downtime occurs, increases the IT abilities and ensures the IT systems are running smoothly Most analyzing in deep TCP/IP networks and services Responsible and obligation to self learning Working with closed-circuit IP camera system
