Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring the performance of services
Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and mobile apps
Redirecting problems to appropriate teams
Recording and reporting software issues
Familiar with microservice design patterns
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer science on Software engineering
Ability to trace service calls and diagnostic the issues
Ability to monitoring services and responding to issues
Respond to internal stockholder’s inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges

Job Requirements:

Education: At least Bachelor in IT or Related Fields
At least 2 years work experience in NOC in payment, fintech, and related industries
Familiar with ELK (Log tools)
Basic knowledge of database concepts (just basic concepts)
Familiarity with network knowledge (CCNA or MTCNA)-
Familiarity with the Linux operating system
Ability to work in night shifts (7*24)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
basic in Excel

Requirements
