Job Description

Job Summary: Petiak is looking for mobile developers who will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build our new generation of the mobile applications. Responsibilities: This position will require but not be limited to the following functions: - Develop and maintain advanced applications for the mobile platforms - Work collaboratively and effectively with team members in the framework of Scrum/Agile development process - Work on bug fixing and improving application performance - Work with outside data sources and APIs - Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the application - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

- Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject - 2+ yearsâ€™ experience in mobile application development - Demonstrated knowledge of native mobile technologies OR hybrid technologies such as Ionic framework - Javascript, Typescript and AngularJS knowledge is a plus - Experience with NoSQL technologies, such Couch DB and Mongo DB - Experience with RESTful APIs to connect applications to backend services - Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, especially Git - Good command of Technical English language - Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively - Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary - Strong attention to detail
