Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or an equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 5 years in the engineering and operations of information technologies. • Microsoft Certified Professional. (MCSE Productivity) • Experience in Microsoft exchange. (MCSE Messaging) • Familiarity with the concepts of database. (MS SQL) • Familiarity with basic concepts of Routing & Switching. (CCNA) • Experience with Microsoft security patching, hotfix deployments, and driver updates. • Ability to create, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft clusters. • Strong knowledge of Windows Server security principles and Anti-Virus implementations. • Troubleshooting experience including root cause analysis, debugging utilities, etc. • Participates in testing and installing new software releases and application system upgrades and validates functionality following changes. • Having experience in the realm of DevOps is considered as an advantage. • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work alone or with limited supervision. • Knowledge of ITIL and change management methodologies. • Ability to work well collaboratively with other team members, exercising good communication skills.
