Job Description

- Doing microbiological tests of raw materials, during the process and final product. - Doing microbiological of water and equipment and perform environmental monitoring. - Preparing, reviewing and implementing all relevant standard microbiological procedures according to internal, national and international standards. - Ensuring good laboratory principles (GLP) in the microbiological lab and calibration of related equipment. - Preparing culture medium, solutions and internal laboratory control protocols. - Reporting non-conformities and perform root cause analysis and follow up corrective actions. - Cooperating with other departments for effective implementation of standards and achieving approved objectives. - Adhering to safety\hygienic\quality and environmental principles. - Participating in planning, identifying opportunities and implementing continuous improvement practices. - Collecting samples from a variety of locations. - Doing optimization for CIP recipe and cleaning plan. Reporting to: QC/QA Manager. Length of Probation Period: 3 months. Working hours: 8 hours per day.

Requirements

- University degree: BSc. in Microbiology - Preferences: IMS\HACCP\Iso17025\SPC, Calibration Methods\5S training work experience in food industries. - Understanding foodstuffs, general food science - Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control techniques - Good communication and teamwork skills, strong problem-solving capabilities.
