Job Description

● Develop and implement therapeutic area specific medical plans and publication plans. ● Contribute to development brand strategies and key marketing messages. ● Work with Marketing Manager/Head to develop the KOL and stakeholders engagement plans in accordance with the overall strategic brand plans. ● Management of publications related to the brands. ● Training and scientific updating of marketing and sales forces in the field of company products, competitor products and the latest scientific advances in the field. ● Provide advice and answers to scientific questions posed by sales and marketing forces. ● Attending marketing and sales visits to answer physicians' questions and field needs. ● Scientific research and advice to business development, marketing and sales and production units on expanding the product portfolio of the company. ● Contribute to the development, attend and present at appropriate meetings (advisory board meetings, investigator meetings, KOL meetings, CME, etc.) ● Support the marketing strategy for therapeutic area products by being a key member on cross functional teams. ● Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the therapeutic area by reviewing the literature, discussions with Key Opinion Leaders and key stakeholders, participating in cross functional interactions, attending scientific congresses, etc. ● Contribute to preparing and review promotional materials for medical accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations. ● Develop and present scientific presentation materials. ● Scientifically investigate the complaints of the company's main clients (physicians and pharmacists) by contacting them and reporting to the Pharmacovigilance department. ● Collaborate with the Clinical Trial department in the design and implementation of clinical studies and the preparation of scientific articles related to the company's products and clients.

Requirements

● Advanced degree/MSc. in health sciences, solid relevant clinical or therapeutic experience is added value. ● At least 3 years’ experience in the same position. ● Previous pharmaceutical experience in any field (Sales, Marketing, etc.) would be with more value in understanding the type of team work between departments. ● Strong interpersonal skills, including capability to engage in professional relationship building and networking. ● Intellectual curiosity and intelligence about the field of science/medicine for which they are responsible. ● Highly motivated and capable of comprehending large amounts of scientific content which is then communicated in a clear, concise fashion. ● Significant direct experience in servicing customer needs for complex information. ● Demonstrated success in self-managing priorities and multi-tasking projects. ● Ability to work effectively and share information within a team environment ● Advanced presentation skills. ● Expertise in literature identification and evaluation. ● Familiarity with the academic community and the medical research and medical education process. ● Apply the resource management skills needed to meet the requests of customers and the needs of the business unit, while exhibiting appropriate stewardship of their time and expense budget. ● Ideal Age: 30- 40
