Job Description

Medical Sales Supervisor (MSS) directly coaches, supervises, and coordinates all activities and outcomes of medical sales representative (MSR)s, such as pharmacy/ physician calls, and prepares detailed sales statistic reports, all in accordance with the company's marketing strategies. MSS directly reports to the company's Sales Manager. Tasks: • Hire, train, and evaluate Sales Field Force (MSRs) by assistance of Sales Manager. • Direct and supervise MSRs, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, and gathering weekly calls reports. • Provide MSRs with assistance in performing difficult or complicated tasks. • Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign MSRs to specific duties. • Monitor MSRs performance to ensure that goals are met. • Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments. • Prepare detailed sales statistic reports for Sales Management. • Confer with Sales Manager to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. • Participate in marketing programming, in terms of planning for placement, distribution channel, and personal selling strategies. • Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or the field force, and performing specific services for the customers. Work Context: Location: Tehran office as daily basis, plus travels to provinces as many as needed (may be 2-4 times a month). Hours: Saturdays to Wednesdays, 8:30- 16:30. Thursdays, 8:30- 12:30. Contacts: Every day contacts with all the sales team members, including MSRs and sales manager. Requirements

Knowledge and Skills: • Medical: Doctorate of Medicine or Pharmacy or PHD of Medical Basic Science, as minimum degree. • Customer and Personal Service: Minimum one year experience as a medical sales representative. • Sales and Marketing: Understanding of global and local pharmaceutical business. • English Language: Good command of listening, reading, writing and speaking. • Education and Training: Preferably having experience in teaching or training • Administration and Management Skills: Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling • Economics, Mathematics, and Accounting: Basic Skills • Personnel and Human Resources: Preferably having experience in managing a group of workers. • Computers: Necessary proficiency in using MS-Office, Internet, and Windows applications.
