Job Description

- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. - Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned accounts and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. - Develop and manage accounts with the goal of maximizing and maintaining sales. - Achieve sales targets, usually on a seasonal basis. - Provide product scientific and technical information in professional manner to the hospital staff. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Regularly calls on offices and hospitals within a defined sales territory to achieve budgeted sales volume and other established goals. - Maintains and further develops established accounts, and develops new products in existing accounts to increase market penetration. - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to Sales and Marketing Manager. - Showing high cooperation to reach marketing plans in market as qualified as possible. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by studding professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies with an assist of R&D Manager. - Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products
