• Regular visits of doctors, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical distributors (if required) for representing the product as per previous confirmed schedule by superior manager • Establishing effective relationship among beneficiaries and the company • Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists • Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals with respect to the company compliance rules • Maintaining up-to-date customer record books and other records in accordance with Sales supervisor’s instructions. • Attending and organizing group meetings, conferences and seminars • Reviewing sales performance • Ready for internal and external missionary trips • Submitting the refereed cases for drug adverse events, special conditions, unmentioned consumption in brochures, drug dosing to pharmacovigilance manager and medical information to medical manager, and necessary tracing for achievement to the considered results in this respect • Meeting or exceeding sales quota and total company market share in assigned territory. • Resolving customer complaints in accordance with company policies and inform the Sales Supervisor and company promptly of any situation beyond scope of authority. • Successful completion of all required product and sales related training curriculum. • Respecting and following the company code of ethics, compliance rules and dress code
