Job Description

In this position you should be able to maintain and increase Bioderma presence within the medical practice in your territory and to elevate Bioderma share of voice through opening new channels with new customers and improve our relation with the Health Care Professionals. Furthermore you are required to achieve the sales objective of Bioderma in your territory. Some of the responsibilities of this position are as follows: Medical visit: - Regular visits to our customers with the aim to create demand for the brand through detailing the Product knowledge using the Professional selling techniques. PR activities: - AV actions: conduct on monthly basis the necessary AV action presentations for highlighting the USP of the brand. - PR activities: Plan and execute quarterly PR activities with the customers in the objective to build excellent business relationship. - Events: Assist and arrange in inviting and sponsoring HCPs to the international events or local events that Bioderma is participating in. Commercial activities: - Liaise with the Pharma Rep regarding the stock management and sales orders to the main outlets. Administrative - Send daily call reports for the manager demonstrating the details and the comment of the visits. - Supply the SFE core reports that reflect the efficiency of your territory management - Send the needed sales analysis reports. - Preparation of quarterly area sales analysis presentation. - Segmentation and targeting analysis.
