- Market the patient benefits of our medical devices to surgical KOL's, OR staff - Coach surgeon on the proper use of our products in operations - Present to groups of experts - Manage accounts in Tehran and few provinces - Possess great public relations ability with KOL's, OR staff and procurement staff - Possess a sense of arithmetics and numbers - Interact very closely with the sales team to the point where marketing functions merge with sales functions - Aim at hitting sales targets - Respect the competition, beat the competition - Work well with all levels within the company - Within the marketing team act as a team player - Ensure proper product availability in covered accounts - Cooperate with related managers in writing marketing plans - Challenge with your own marketing and sales managers for required marketing tools - Participate in account profile and data collection - Prepare weekly planning - Handle complaints
