Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and scientifically driven Medical Advisor to play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s medical and strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), providing medical support to commercial teams, contributing to strategic projects, and ensuring high-quality scientific communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and deliver scientific and medical documentation based on the latest clinical evidence and medical guidelines
Build and maintain effective scientific relationships with physicians and KOLs aligned with brand and company strategies
Provide scientific support to Sales and Marketing teams
Collaborate in the development of scientific pipeline content and brand medical strategies
Prepare, review, and approve scientific materials including:
Scientific publications
Training presentations
Promotional materials
Educational and campaign content
Coordinate and manage internal medical examinations, reporting, and archiving of results

Develop strategic medical documents including:
Medical Plan
Patient Journey / Patient Mapping
KOL Mapping
Participate in cross-functional alignment projects to support strategic execution
Identify and engage scientific speakers and define presentation topics aligned with brand strategy
Prepare scientific content for seminars, congresses, and medical conferences.
Deliver scientific presentations and product-related medical sessions when required
Organize and execute Advisory Board meetings
Provide scientific oversight and follow-up for company-sponsored clinical studies
Respond accurately and professionally to Medical Information Queries from healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements:
MD, PharmD, or equivalent degree in Medical or Life Sciences
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong expertise in interpretation and analysis of clinical studies and clinical trial data
Solid knowledge of:
Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Pharmacovigilance
Regulatory Affairs
Experience in Medical Strategy Development
Deep therapeutic area knowledge
Excellent scientific presentation and communication skills
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
