Job Description

• To direct and coordinate the main activities and programs related to Mechanical design • Preparation and/or checking of the technical specifications related to Mechanical Equipment Design • Design, selection and issue of inquiries for machinery equipment especially in Mines and Metallurgy plants • Checking the outsources technical documents such as drawings, calculation books, technical specifications and B.O.M for ensuring that the design is safe, feasible and serviceable from the points of view of design, fabrication, construction, installation, operation and maintenance, conforms to agreed codes and practices, and meets all the requirements of the project design basis and specifications • TBE of vendor and suppliers proposals • Visiting site and shop • Measurement and reporting of engineering progress
