Job Description

Objective of the role: Maintenance, troubleshoot, repair and installation of Company equipment in Company's Ahwaz Base. List of responsibilities: - Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing and installation of tools and equipment - Setting up a preventive maintenance plan for all the tools and equipment through designing relative checklists and timetables. - Inspection of tools and equipment for proper functioning and implementation of PM duties as per manufacturer's specifications. - Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and makes repairs or adjustments as needed.. Reporting to: Base Manager. Length of Probation Period: 3 months. Working hours: 8:00 - 16:00 PM (might include extra hours as per tasks in hand). Travel requirements: As per company requirements, there might be frequent travels to other work-locations (Mainly in Kish & Assalouyeh).

Requirements

Nature and length of previous experience: At least 6 years of related experience (preferably in oil and gas industry). . Specialist knowledge: - Experience with basic electrical systems (e.g., starters, fuses, contacts, relays). - Experience with gearing and gear boxes (rebuilds, ordering parts, machining parts). - Experience in hydraulic systems mobile and stationary (high pressure cylinders, pumps, valves, troubleshooting). - Experience with pneumatic (solenoids, cylinders, motor brakes, troubleshooting). - Experience with pneumatic/air compression (e.g., valves, cylinders, etc.) - Experience with pumps (e.g., troubleshooting, replacing seals/motors, etc.). - Experience in schematics (e.g., electrical blueprints with switches, starters, maps, relays). - Experience in repair and maintenance Diesel engine. - Experience in preventative maintenance (computerized preventative charts/data). Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Self disciplined - Teamwork - Professional reporting (Using computerized software’s) - Having HSE alerts in performing daily tasks - Ability to work under stressful conditions .
