Job Description

• Leading the material planning team to ensure a steady RM/PM supply is in place based on the monthly Production Plan & weekly/daily Production schedule • Calculate, implement and maintain optimized material replenishment plan / Order pattern considering latest realistic lead times • Calculate, implement and maintain optimized inventory level in coordination with WH team and considering the cash flow • Arrange with suppliers for shipment/delivery schedule by sending shipment order and ensure plan is being respected • In contact with Production, Supply Operations and Purchasing teams • Preparing Planning Team KPIs based on the department and company KPI and ensure targets are being fully achieved • In charge of development of self and team. Also to ensure for self and key positions there is a successor is being developed and is in place.
