Job Description

-Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals -Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in marketing -Manage and improve online content considering Analytics tools -Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data -Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies -Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests -Analyze and monitor all local telecom activities and their prices and products and update marketing team -Research, communicate and plan for new VAS product and connect top 3rd party companies -Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website (create landing pages and improve user experience) -Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends

Requirements

•Education: -B.Sc. in IT, Marketing or related field -MBA in Marketing is an advantage •Experience: -2 years’ experience in telecom related companies -Experience in VAS/ Digital Marketing -Marketing data analytics and tools •Knowledge: -VAS services -Business case and planning abilities -Marketing fundamentals -Market research methods -Marketing strategy -Advertising management •Skill & Abilities: -Good communication and writing skills -Microsoft office -Computer skill -Google Analytics -Google adwords -SEO -Competitor analysis -Working knowledge language - Familiarity to work with variety of software would be preferred (Excel, Visio, MSP, Spss , Lisrel, Clementine, SQl, Minitab, Photoshop) •Attitude: -Teamwork -Honesty and integrity -Innovation -Well-organized -Detail oriented -Commercial awareness -Analytical -Pressure tolerant -Multitask
