Job Description

Objective: Develop and execute website (OnlineJoo) marketing strategy and plan and ensure that aligns with company strategy and vision. Main responsibilities: - Identify the key focus areas of the website which ensure business growth. - To increase website traffic develop plans and agree with the line manager. - Ensure that marketing plans are competitive compare to the similar websites and provide proposal to the management. - Ensure that marketing expenditure has maximum ROI and within the limit agreed with company. - Design new and innovative marketing plans which result in traffic increase. - Conduct on-going marketing research and provide monthly report to the management. - Develop an effective business relationship with the key customers and ensure continuity of those with the business. - Manage a team of Marketing Officers.
