Job Description

• To manage office related affairs and communications. • Arrange internal meeting between the team including booking conference room and arrange to provide the attendees with the full service according to HR rules. • To Follow up actions of meetings and prepare regular progress reports for marketing management. • To Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports, keeping petty cash on MK daily costs, and correspondences in professional way. • Keeping a record from the all MK factors received by the team to track it. • To answer incoming calls and transfer them to related department, sending and receiving faxes, maintain schedule for external appointments, meeting, reminders and calendars. • To perform any other duties defined by marketing manager and team for daily operation. • To follow up travel desk such as booking ticket and hotel for the team members in their scheduled missions. • To provide full secretarial & administrative support in the department. • Playing a positive and effective role as MK team coordinator.

Requirements

• Reading, writing and speaking English is preferably fine • At least bachelor degree • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines • Strong communication skills and excellent public relations • Excellent knowledge of ICDL capable of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) • Excellent interpersonal & skills and team working attitude • Previous experience: At least 2 years • Positive attitude, passion and commitment • Gender: Female, preferably 25-30
