Job Description

We are looking for a marketing manager to lead our marketing department in alignment with our vision and strategies. Currently, our business is experiencing an expansion and we are developing agilely, therefore, we need a Marketing manager to strenghthen branding and advertising, strenghthen the (OPAL) brand and positive illustration of the brand in the community by researching the market that meets our business goals. Role description: ● Market study and analyze competitors' and customers' behavior to determine marketing strategies. ● Plan and prepare a calendar marketing to determine the annual route. ● Budget and manage marketing expenses. ● Plan and perform branding and co-branding to increase brand awareness and strengthen the brand (Opal). ● Manage internal and external communications to shape and strengthen the brand image in society. ● Manage media and other revenue-generating channels in the field of marketing to increase the organization's side revenues. ● Manage the event design process and ATL and BTL campaigns to increase targeted traffic in the complex and improve audience engagement rates. ● Interact with the leasing unit and do B2B Marketing to attract new and reputable brands and users. ● Probation period: 3 months. ● Working hours: 10 am to 6 pm. ● Travel requirements: City missions. ● Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management. ● Having ATL or BTL certificates. ● At least seven years of experience. ● Mastery of marketing, branding, advertising, digital marketing, retail, and shopping malls. ● Fluent in customer relationship management. ● Fluent in English and ICDL.
