Job Description
● Manage and supervise all marketing activities in the group.
● Develop the marketing strategy for the group in line with set objectives.
● Plan, budget, and coordinate marketing campaigns with the team.
● Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
● Prepare online marketing campaigns with the help of a digital marketing consultant.
● Collaborate to develop and maintain a fun, inspiring brand messaging across key channels.
● Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for group marketing.
● Supervise the planning and development of content and media calendar for social media, digital signage, blogs, video, photos, audio content, etc.
● Coordinate with the content team to execute the requested material and audit and monitor the result to match the set targets.
● Align initiatives with brand marketing KPIs and track progress throughout the life of the programs.
● Implement media and group sales strategy in support of Brand Marketing goals.
● Build strong and genuine relationships with all social influencers through regular communication.
● Brainstorm new and creative growth/outreach strategies with the management and creative team.
● Facilitate aspects of PR and communications of the brand to relevant media outlets.
● Manage consumer interactions across all social channels, email, and phone.
● Report to the BD Manager.
● Probation period: 2 Months.
