● Managing and developing a marketing department within the organization’s framework and budget to meet the defined goals of the program.
● Utilizing CRM principles and strategies to retain and expand the donor base.
● Devising and continuously improving the marketing processes to increase their efficiency and effectiveness.
● Constant monitoring of the main advertising and digital marketing indicators by receiving periodic reports from marketing supervisors.
● Hiring and managing the performance of the operational team including the marketing sub-departments.
● Managing and monitoring marketing campaigns to benefit from existing and prospective opportunities.
● Developing digital marketing strategies in the context of website and application with the aim of utilizing innovative measures.
● Preparing the annual plan of marketing campaigns and website revenue streams in attempt to meet the approved budget for fundraising.
● Providing trusted feedback based on data extracted from constant monitoring to revise the annual work Program and Budget Framework.
● Coordination between fundraising department, public and international relations department, and other stakeholder departments within the organization.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Marketing
● 6 years (at least 3 years of experience in the field of digital marketing, CRO, Email Marketing, Click Advertising).
