• Overall planning of sales of products. • Explore & Study the competitors movements in the target market • Identify & track the sales goals. • Pay attention to the customer complaints and feedbacks regarding sales and after sale services and try to resolve the issues. • Plan implementation and follow the staff and customer necessary training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • Confer and consult with department heads to plan advertisements and marketing activities focus. • Develop and administration and implementation of marketing plans and strategies with attention to the latest marketing method. • Stock and inventory analyzing to designing and implement the promotions and adequate action. • Managing the marketing materials preparation procedures in Co-operate with the sales Dep. And after sale service Dep. to answer their demand. • Measures return on investment for the marketing activities. • Managing the marketing events, visit the other provinces and Tehran market alternatively to prepare the appropriate local action plans.
