Prepare, deploy and implement marketing campaigns.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
Lead the team of trade marketing and develop merchandising programs.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Monitor the performance of teams.
Provide the board of directors with the related reports.
Report to the CEO.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or relevant fields.
More than 5 years of experience as a marketing manager in similar fields.
Excellent knowledge of business and marketing management.
Good knowledge of trade marketing and merchandising solutions.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
