Job Description

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans.
  • Evaluate and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Make budgeting of marketing based on the strategies.
  • Prepare, deploy and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.
  • Lead the team of trade marketing and develop merchandising programs.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Monitor the performance of teams.
  • Provide the board of directors with the related reports.
  • Report to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or relevant fields.
  • More than 5 years of experience as a marketing manager in similar fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of business and marketing management.
  • Good knowledge of trade marketing and merchandising solutions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strategic and analytical mind.
  • Strong financial mind.
  • Fluent in English.
