Job Description

  • Research and analyze a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data.
  • Communicate efficiently with the internal sourcing team to finalize the suppliers’ deal.
  • Monitor the competitors’ activity and analyze their marketing campaigns.
  • Implement all the finalized marketing activities in all stores.
  • Prepare market research report on a competitor, customer activities, and data analysis to identify sales opportunities with promotional ideas and material.
  • Develop a strategy and help the sales manager to increase sales in active areas.
  • Prepare monthly grid (monthly policies, targets, budgets, trade drives).
  • Deploy initiatives, and promotions, by brand/channels/SKU.
  • Develop a strategy for the performance of market research to obtain valuable data for sales development.
  • Hunt suppliers for having the best proposals on marketing campaigns.
  • Constant market visits across the country are necessary.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills to deep dive into data to understand their behaviors.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a management position.
  • Good command of English
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Analytical with the ability to make reports in Excel.
  • Ability to do multiple tasks.
