Job Description
• Support the head of Marketing in developing and implementation of marketing strategy, marketing plan, and innovative ideas for attracting users for a lifestyle mobile app • Leadership, design, and implementation of innovative and attractive street marketing campaigns • Design and implementation of physical advertising in collaboration with 3rd party experts and vendors • Ownership and growth of social media channels with a focus on identifying and collaborating with social influencers in each channel • Developing and managing content across all communication and marketing channels • Marketing talent acquisition, training, growth, and motivation in collaboration with the head of HR • Close collaboration with head of Product in designing and improving product features and design
Requirements
• Deep knowledge of marketing theory, practice, and tools especially – MBA, marketing, communications, or design degree preferred • Proven track record in deploying marketing programs across at least one channel in the ONLINE and MOBILE APP space o Physical: direct and street marketing, flyers, banners, trade shows o Digital: mobile, social media, e-mail, web, blogs o Public: TV, radio, newspapers • Strong problem solving skills mixed with creativity to design new approaches to solve problems • Highly energetic team player with ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a great level of leadership • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and attention to details • Experience managing a team and delivering performance reviews • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the ONLINE and MOBILE APP space
