•Main Objective: To perform the complete marketing and communications functions for key service lines, departments, and project initiatives. This includes facilitating the development and implementation of service line-specific marketing plans to build brand awareness, increase growth and revenue, and help optimize the customer experience, while building confidence in and a positive reputation for the Mission of our organization. •Main responsibilities: -Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our brands -Design and attend marketing events -Manage advertisements, webcasts, websites, and direct mail -Identify media outlets for press releases and promotions -Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications -Develop and track marketing budgets -Measure success of various marketing campaigns -Drive profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas -Analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals -Keep close cooperation with brand managers -Create and enhance agency and partner relationships -Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management -Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning -Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies -Provide design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for the company -Help to promote uniformity and consistency of brand. -Working Time: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:30 am- 17:00 pm / Thursday 8:30 am - 13:00 pm.
-Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration -Minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate marketing or communications department -Proven communication and interpersonal skills working with a cross-functional team in a matrix organization -Must have excellent organization and multitasking skills and be self-directed -Knowledge of concepts of marketing including marketing strategies, market research, strategic marketing planning, marketing communications and public relations -Knowledge of social media and Digital marketing capabilities -Advanced computer skills, with an emphasis on MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook -Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills -Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all internal information -Fluent in English -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 18 - 30
