Job Description

•Main Objective: To drive the business of the product categories and sub-brands and create sustainable competitive advantage and economic value for Ramak Dairy through excellent consumer marketing •Main Responsibilities: -Define Strategy, Identifying the key marketing and business drivers for the sub category -Builds sub category marketing strategy and plans -Develop deep understanding of consumers, market, competitors, achieve strong insights and deliver actionable analyses -Lead product renovation projects -Drive incremental innovation in the sub category and participate in wider innovation initiatives and projects -Product launches; lead NPD projects -Price strategy, sizing - pricing -Packaging: structural packaging and design -Consumer engagement (Advertising, On-line, Social media and BTL) and media plans and executions -Consumer promotions -Work with and results from key partners (market research, communication and design agencies) -Work with and get results from key internal partners (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D) -Marketing reporting for the sub category -Propose the sub category annual plan -Propose the sub category’s marketing budgets -Analyze sub category P&L and propose action to achieve profit objectives -People management -Develops high performing Junior Category Managers -Manages stakeholders laterally and upwards to get business results

Requirements

-Higher education In Marketing or related subjects -Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in Marketing -Good understanding of Marketing and related subjects (Pricing, NPD, packaging, Strategy, Marketing Communication and Media, Portfolio Management) -Hard working, punctual and flexible personality -Young soul and ambitious -Fluent in English -Ideal Age Range: 24 - 32
