Job Description

*Responsibilities:

Analyze customer data to identify behavioral patterns, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement across the funnel.
Design and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track marketing and growth KPIs.
Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and user engagement.
Collaborate with CRM and Product teams to design targeted automation and personalization strategies.
Develop and test data-driven hypotheses to support decision-making in marketing and customer lifecycle initiatives.
Monitor key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and retention rate.
Partner with Data Engineering to enhance data quality, availability, and automation pipelines.
Support A/B testing initiatives by defining success metrics and analyzing experiment outcomes.
Translate complex data into simple, clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

*Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and building ETL scripts
2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in marketing, growth, or e-commerce.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
Experience working with marketing and CRM data (Mixpanel, GA4, Braze, etc.).
Solid understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and growth metrics.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
