Job Description

- Daily communication with our head quarter and other overseas offices - Making an appointments with Clients - Making an itinerary for incoming biz travelers - Assist daily transaction work - Conference & Document interpreting between Farsi and English - Document management like filing / making / revising list and so on. - Work hours: Saturday – Wednesday 8:00 AM– 16:15 PM

Requirements

- Nationality: Iranian and/or half Iranian - Diligent, honest and humble worker - Similar work experience is favorable. (Please refer to “The Role”.) - Have high communication & team work skills - Have a strong sense of responsibility for work - Language: Fluent in both Farsi and English is mandatory. - Worked/Studied in English-speaking countries or high score of TOEFL /IELTS is favorable. - Japanese is also favorable. - Good computer skill: Outlook, Word & Excel are mandatory.
