Job Description
- Preparation & implementation of marketing & business development plans to increase company sales - Development and implementation of tendering, sales and marketing instructions & policies - Plan and improve sales activities - Supervision on sales and marketing team activities - Supervision on tendering & proposal preparation related activities including but not limited to Tender selection, proposal preparation and tender participation and follow ups - Evaluation of sales and marketing members, processes and activity performances for continuous improvements - Establishment and maintaining business relation with customers - Contract negotiations and finalizations - Internal cross sectional relations - Preparation periodic or specialized sales and marketing reports
Requirements
- Education; BS in electrical engineering Familiar with electricity power network and especially high voltage substations Preferably familiar with business administration or marketing and sales management - Experience; At least 6 years of experience in power and utility sector At least 4 years of experience in high voltage substations marketing, sales, tendering & proposal preparation - Computer skills; MS office especially excel, word and power point - Language; Fluent in written and spoken English - Personal skills; Flexible, motivated & team worker Strong analytical skills Strategic thinking & creative Excellent social relations & communication skills Ability to work under critical conditions Excellent in negotiation skills - Age; Min: 28 & Max; 35
