Job Description
The ideal candidate shall: - Prepare market overview, business plans, and marketing plans and know market concepts, pricing and positioning - Budget and forecast planning - Know legal issues and can finalize various types of Agreements - Be able to direct a growing team with diverse background and abilities - Be confident in analyzing and decision making for projects in Pharmaceuticals areas . - Analyse monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports - Be a team player and have excellent managerial skills - Act as a leader and coach the team efficiently - Liaise between various departments effectively - Maintain a professional relationship with existing as well as potential principals at all times - Create periodic reports to the Managing Director - Promote company's vision and strategy at all times
Requirements
University Qualifications: MA/ BSc in industrial engineering /marketing/management fields Previous Experience: At least 10 years of related experience to sales and marketing Ideal Age Range: 35- 50 Other Skills: - Have excellent communication and negotiation skills - Have excellent English language skills, both written and oral - Ability of problem solving - Have relevant proven work experience with considerable achievements - Have sufficient knowledge about commercial terms and affairs - Be organized and task oriented and be able to manage considerable workload- Have high degree of integrity and business ethics - Computer skills (MS Office)
