Job Description

-Developing marketing policies and plans and programs, as well as supervising their implementation -Analyzing market behaviors of customers, competitors, suppliers, price, attractions, sales methods and defining pricing strategies -Performing market research and market research to identify potential markets and negotiating potential customers in line with group products strategies -Defining sales goals, tracking sales trends and providing related reports -Brand management and improving brand position among the customers -Effectively manage advertisement in order to maintain existing markets, develop new markets and provide related reports

Requirements

-BSC/MS in commercial management, marketing management, agricultural science, animal science or poultry and livestock nutrition - 7 years of progressive sales and marketing experience -Proficient in marketing strategies with a focus on B2B marketing strategies -Proficient in strategic planning for products & market development and implementing budgeting & financial controls -Experienced in market segmentation, customer evaluation and ranking -Familiarity with commodity (primary agricultural) goods business, poultry, livestock & aquatic feed, agriculture, food converting industries is an advantage. -Being familiar with goal setting mechanisms also being experienced in market research programs -Proficient in organizing & leadership of sales channels, familiar with pricing methods & promotion planning -Able to plan and improve product portfolio, to create value for customers -Able to plan & develop distribution channels -Proficient in leadership & staff management techniques -Ideal Age: 32 - 45 -Fluent in English
