Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Print media campaign management, including media negotiations, budgeting, tracking, and program analysis Manage advertising projects for a variety of mediums, including brochures, direct mail, advertisements, web sites, and more Work with internal resources and outside printers, designers, IT and additional providers to provide turn-key project management for marketing projects Coordinate Tradeshow arrangements for the specified brand Investigate new marketing programs to generate sales leads and optimize media investment Participate in the development of marketing plan, and maintain primary responsibility for its execution Support Public Relations efforts when necessary and applicable Create/Develop methods for improving brand image and building brand equity Provide sales support via the creation of sales support materials and photo database organization to assist in sales efforts Creatively research, pitch and execute innovate new marketing programs to reach new audiences and drive qualified sales leads Overseeing visual management implementation in all branches Overseeing visual management of branding and packaging Participation in branding and advertisement strategic work Holding brainstorm sessions for creative idea generation and implementation of advertisement campaigns Constant review of strengths and weaknesses of the brand and preparing monthly and seasonal reports Conducting brand competitors analysis and developing monthly reports Continuous evaluation of the competitive position of the brand and the brand image among interested parties, using the company's resources or market research contractors Evaluation, selection, and supervision of contractors regarding branding, design, advertising and market research to obtain desired outcomes Evaluation and supervision of printing contractors Public relations management Constant review of the Point of Sales and developing monthly and seasonal reports regarding brand Touchpoints Annual budget planning for branding and advertising operations, identifying desired outcomes and control and valuation of the outcomes Developing management reports on branding and advertising Constant effort to improve internal branding

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS Excellent English writing skills for print and web site executions (samples required) Demonstrated understanding of SEO, SEM and Social Media platforms for B2B and B2C applications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) Abilities in graphic design programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop a plus, but not required Able to manage multiple projects against tight deadlines with an eye for excellence and minimal supervision EDUCATION/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 4 years of experience BA or MA in marketing, advertising or MBA or other related fields Minimum 4 years of experience in the fields of marketing, advertising or sales. Knowledge of branding, marketing, advertisement, and digital marketing Knowing of corporate identity or graphic design Able to generating ideas Capable of teamwork and leading a team **You can apply from anywhere in Iran because you can work remotely**
