We’re hiring a Market Research & Development Specialist
At Orchid Pharmed, we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and driven individual to join our Pipeline & Portfolio Department. This pivotal role acts as a crucial bridge between medical science and commercial strategy.
*What you’ll do:
-Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends
-Review global reports and scientific articles to identify product opportunities
-Propose data-driven strategies aligned with market needs
-Predict sales volumes and contribute to demand planning
-Collaborate across teams and external stakeholders to move projects forward
-Assess the therapeutic landscape, including disease burden and the clinical positioning of new and existing drugs
*What we’re looking for:
-Pharm.D., MD or other relative fields
-Advanced English skills (reading & writing)
-Strong analytical thinking and curiosity for learning
-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Integrity, confidentiality, and a results-driven mindset
-Prior experience in research & development is a plus
