Job Description

• Position Overveiw:
The Market Access Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing strategies that ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access to the company’s pharmaceutical products. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Government Affairs) and external partners (e.g., health authorities, payers, HTA bodies, KOLs) to drive the value proposition and secure market access across targeted geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement market access strategies to support product launches and life cycle management.
• Lead preparation and submission of pricing and reimbursement dossiers to relevant health authorities.
• Conduct health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) to support product value demonstration.
• Monitor and interpret national and regional policy developments in pricing and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product positioning with payer needs.
• Engage with key external stakeholders including payers, HTA agencies, and patient associations.
• Track and analyze competitor access strategies and industry trends.
• Support development of budget impact models, cost-effectiveness analyses, and value propositions.
• Ensure timely access of new and existing products to public and private healthcare systems.
• Contribute to advocacy efforts and strategic policy shaping initiatives.

Qualifications
• A least Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics, Public Health, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in Market Access, Health Economics, Government Affairs, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of HTA, pricing and reimbursement systems, and healthcare financing.
• Demonstrated experience in submission and negotiation with health authorities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting clinical and economic data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in [English/local language]; other languages are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in launching specialty or innovative pharmaceutical products.
• Familiarity with global market access trends and payer landscapes.
• Knowledge of real-world evidence (RWE) generation and utilization.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and market access modeling software.
