Job Description

-Guiding and directing personnel and all manufacturing activities to achieve organizational goals -Supervising and coordinating all manufacturing units to achieve the production plan -Supervising and following up on daily reports on manufacturing and any controversies -Finalizing and confirming assessments on human resources, labor force, time and required material for production -Implementing time assessment plans and forecasting standard time for production -Managing orders and raw material and spare parts in accordance with commercial department -Controlling and checking balances between the production line and time of production to determine standard timing -Providing analysis reports for quality control department -Applying timely changes in production timing to achieve on-time delivery of products to customers -Investigating logistics and customers’ data to study the feasibility of capacities -Receiving commands from managers and performing all relevant tasks -Providing a schedule to correctly determine capacities for production and orders -Providing a production plan to be submitted to the production manager for operational planning -Supervising and controlling warehouse and stock to determine orders and minimum stock, warehouse input and output, coding, transferring, stocking, delivery and quality control

Requirements

-Industries Engineer -Proficient in manufacturing planning and control, ISO implementation and quality assurance -Familiar with manufacturing process and standards -Group-working oriented -Responsible -Able to manage time -Proficient in Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access and Excel -Familiar with executive process of quality standards -Skilled strongly in communication and lecturing -Able to manage technical meetings -English proficiency is required -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
