Job Description

Objectives: The Chief Executive Officer will oversee the operations of the company, the policies and procedures established by the board. He/she will be responsible for 1) the general management of the operations and business affairs of the company in accordance with any Business Plans developed or approved by the board; 2) directing the work of other staff and/or volunteers to achieve the established business and operational goals; 3) act as operational manager of company-related project work; 4) perform other duties as may be assigned by the Board. Job Responsibilities: - Define, develop and implement the strategy and the vision of the company to ensure the business achieves its business objectives and financial targets. - Achieve significant revenue growth and profitability. - Lead the senior management team to successfully position the company in the market. - Day to day management of the company including all commercial issues, among them supply and off take contracts for raw materials, etc. - Management of a team around 45 people. - Financial planning and reporting. - Supervision of the technical plant manager
