Job Description

• Supervises over warehouse work on reception, storage and holiday commodity-material assets, on their placing taking into account the most rational use of the warehouse areas, simplification and acceleration of search of necessary materials, stock, etc.; • Provides safety stored commodity-material assets, observance of modes of storage, rules of registration and delivery of credit and debit documents; • Makes the established reporting; • Watches presence and serviceability of fire-prevention means, a condition of premises, the equipment and stock in a warehouse and provides their timely repair; • Organizes carrying out of cargo handling works in a warehouse with observance of rules of a labor safety, safety precautions, industrial sanitary and fire-prevention protection, gathering, storage and timely return to suppliers of a loading requisite; • Provides gathering, storage and timely return by suppliers of a loading requisite; • Participates in carrying out of inventories commodity-material assets; • Supervises conducting the account of the warehouse operations, the established reporting; • Takes part in working out and realization of actions for increase of an overall performance of a warehouse economy, to reduction of expenses on transportation and storage commodity-material assets, to introduction in the organization of a warehouse economy of modern computer aids, communications and communication; • Supervises over workers of a warehouse Reporting to : Logistics and Procurement Manager Subordinates : 1 Duration : 3 month probation followed by one year contract Desired start date : ASAP Probation : 3 month Working hours : 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM Travel requirements : No
