Job Description

The overall role of the Management Assistant is to organize administrative appointments and communications. He/She must be able to manage all of the internal and external matters referred to the Administration Office and to prioritize the administrative daily tasks. The candidate should also be able to work under pressure at an international interactive atmosphere.

Requirements

1. Fluent English proficient and communication skills (Working knowledge of German and/or French will be preferentially considered.) 2. Proven experience as a secretary or as a management assistant 3. High degree of multitasking and time management skills 4. Good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs 5. Excellent interpersonal skills
