Job Description

• Plan and execute the maintenance for all machines in the factory.
• Cooperate with the manufacturing/plant manager to run the production plan smoothly and with the least possible downtime.
• Manage the staff in the maintenance department.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for all machines in alignment with the manufacturing/plant manager.
• Check all the machines through his team on a regular basis while they are working and do the necessary actions if needed.
• Plan and execute all the required maintenance activities for the cooling/hitting system for the factory and administration areas.
• Plan for utilizing the external maintenance suppliers with all the details.
• Manage the 3rd part maintenance suppliers when they are planned to be used.
• Prepare and update the machine's catalog if needed.
• Forecast the spare parts required for the machines and assist the procurement department in finding the suppliers.
• Prepare regular reports for maintenance department activities and present them to the management team and other department heads.
• Prepare the analytical report for utilizing the maintenance systems efficiently.
